Our background
North Peak Pet Supply was founded by a veterinarian with more than 25 years in veterinary medicine, who continues to practise and who owns and operates a veterinary hospital in Mississauga, Ontario.
That includes two decades in emergency practice, where product reliability is tested under the least forgiving conditions, and eight years running a clinic of his own. The operational side is just as familiar: what gets reordered, what sits on the shelf, and where cost pressure is actually felt in a practice.
He also spent years on the pharmaceutical side of the industry, in sales leadership and market access. That is the reason we can be specific about pricing. We know how a product is priced on its way to a clinic, and what a reasonable margin looks like.
When we say something is suitable for clinical use, that judgment comes from experience rather than a supplier's product sheet.
